Char was so easy to work with and happy to make any requested adjustments until the artwork is exactly how you like. Product was also delivered ahead of my requested date! I’m very happy with the final outcome :)

I highly recommend this seller, who went above and beyond in working with my vision to create the perfect birthday gift for my brother. The final product was clearly professional in quality and detail, matching that of the industry standard. I was impressed by Char's top tier level of communication and customer service. They kept me updated with every iteration and responded very quickly to my messages despite the significant time zone difference. They also worked tirelessly to incorporate all of my countless suggestions and made absolutely sure that I had no further requests before finalizing. Char did such an amazing job. The commissioned art was perfect, better than what I had hoped for. She’s an amazing and talented artist and was able to create what I had envisioned. I was initially hesitant on purchasing as I wasn’t sure if the drawing of us would look like us in real life. However this was nothing to be worried about as the final drawing looked just like us in real life. Char is very responsive and sent me a lot of revisions to make sure I was happy with what I wanted. I wanted the art done abit earlier as I ordered it quite late and she was able to accomodate to that so I received the product just in time :) You definitely get way more than what you pay for, highly recommend and would order again :)
